Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering the tracking number provided.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Reporting Damages: If your shipment arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at roy@texasgreensauce.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Due to the nature of our product as a consumable food item, we regret to inform you that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. For more details please refer to our Return Policy.
