Cheesy Hot Texas Green Sauce Dip - Sweet Gourmet Style

In this Texan-inspired creation, we combine the zesty kick of Texas Green Sauce (SG) with the creamy richness of cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 jar of Texas Green Sauce
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • Chopped parsley or green onion tops


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Fold in softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  3. Fold in 1/2 jar of Texas Green Sauce until blended.
  4. Place in an oven safe dish.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and heat at 400 degree oven until hot, bubbly and slightly browned.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley or green onions across the top and serve.
